The Neighborhood

Northwest of downtown Chicago, Jefferson Park is a family-oriented community with a number of historic homes and spacious lots.  With a beautiful canopy of mature trees, and a broad collection of housing styles, many city-dwellers opt for Jefferson Park before considering the suburbs. Its main thoroughfares include Milwaukee, Higgins and Montrose

Often called the "Gateway to Chicago" due to its historical importance to travelers and immigrant passage to the U.S.; or a city within a city because of its self-sufficient, small-town environment, Jefferson Park is a neighborhood with rich cultural history and attractive residential property.

There are numerous amenities within blocks of this home, including a library, post office, parks, grocery stores and more.  There are restaurants, cafes, bars, theaters and nightlife.
